Webmail settings of email accounts

If you are signed in to webmail, go to the menu in the upper right corner of the screen and select “SETTINGS”, then you will be taken to your personal dashboard where you can manage your ‘Account’, ‘Webmail settings’, ‘Mailbox’ and ‘Domains’. So go to ‘Webmail Settings’, and then a new settings window will open on the right. There you can make ‘Email accounts settings’:

  1. ‘Add New Account’.
  2. ‘Add identity’.
  3. Set ‘Properties’.
  4. Set ‘Unified inbox’.
  5. ‘Manage Folders’.

In ‘Properties’ you can select ‘Use mail threading if supported by server’, ‘Save replies to the current folder’.

In ‘Unified inbox’ you can select to ‘Include account Inbox in “All Inboxes” folder’, ‘Show label for this account’, choose ‘Label text’, and ‘Label color’.

In ‘Manage Folders’ you can ‘Add New Folder’, ‘Setup special folders’, ‘Import/Export mail’.

When you click on a selected identity you can set its ‘Properties’ to select ‘Set default’, fill in ‘Your name’, ‘Email’ and ‘Remove identity’ by clicking on the link with the same name link. You can also create your own ‘Signature’.

After making all the changes in ‘Email Accounts Settings’, click “Save”.
