Manage your email list
If you are signed in to webmail, go to the menu at the upper right of the screen and select ‘INBOX’.
On the left side of the screen there are folders and messages that you can manage.
You can select all or individual messages (you can tick boxes) and perform actions on them using the following tools located above the list of messages:
- ‘Mark All Read’, ‘Mark As Unread’.
- ‘Move To Folder’ which are: ‘Inbox’, ‘Sent’, ‘Drafts’, ‘Spam’, ‘Trash’, ‘Notes’.
You can also drag and drop messages into the necessary folder.
- ‘Delete’, after which a message goes to the ‘Trash’ folder.
- Mark as ‘Spam’, after which a message goes to the ‘Spam’ folder.
- Sort by ‘Date’, ‘Sender’, ‘Receiver’.
You can also mark a message as “Starred” by marking it with a star, after which the message goes to the ‘Starred’ folder.
