Manage your contact list
If you are signed in to webmail, go to the menu in the upper right corner of the screen and select “CONTACTS”.
On the left side of the screen there are folders of contacts as ‘All’, ‘Personal’, ‘Shared with all’ and ‘Team’ which you can manage.
You can select all or individual contacts and perform actions with them using the following tools located above the contact list.
When you select a contact from the ‘All’ list, you can:
- Make a ‘New Group’.
- Create a ‘New Message’.
- ‘Add contacts to New Group’.
- ‘Export as CSV’’, ‘Export as VCF’, ‘Import’.
When you select a contact from the ‘Personal’ list, you can:
- Create a ‘New Group’ with the selected contact.
- Create a ‘New Message’ with the selected contact.
- ‘Add contacts to New Group’.
- ‘Delete’ the contact.
- ‘Share’ athecontact.
- ‘Export as CSV’’, ‘Export as VCF’, ‘Import’ contact.
- ‘Share addressbook’.
When you select a contact from the ‘Shared with all’ list, you can:
- Create a ‘New Message’ with the selected contact.
- ‘Add contacts to New Group’,
- ‘Delete’ the contact.
- ‘UnShare’ the contact.
- ‘Export as CSV’’, ‘Export as VCF’, ‘Import’ contact.
When you select a contact from the ‘Team’ list, you can:
- Create a ‘New Message’ with the selected contact.
- ‘Add contacts to New Group’,
- ‘Export as CSV’’, ‘Export as VCF’.
In the lower part of the window there is a ‘Manage Address Book’ link.
One click on a contact will open a window with information about it in the right corner of the screen where you can:
- You can ‘Send this contact’.
- ‘Email to this contact’.
- ‘Edit contact’.
- ‘Show emails from this contact’ by clicking on the link with the same name.
