Create and manage tasks

If you are signed in to webmail, go to the menu in the upper right corner of the screen and select “TASK”, then click the ‘New Task’ button in the upper left corner of the screen, then a new window will open in which:

  1. You can ‘Add date’ of the task.
  2. You can choose the name of the calendar in which the new task will be displayed.
  3. Specify the ‘Subject’ of the task.
  4. Specify the ‘Description’ of the task.
  5. Specify the ‘Location’ of the task.
  6. To the left of ‘Subject’ you can also mark this task as completed.
  7. And finally ‘Save’ the task. After saving, the event will appear in the task list.

If you mark the circle remaining before the task, it is considered completed.

In the upper right part of the window there is a link ‘Show completed tasks’ and a button for checking tasks.

In the central upper part of the window there is a search task field.
