Create and manage a contact

If you are signed in to webmail, go to the menu in the upper right corner of the screen and select “CONTACTS”, then click the ‘New contact’ button in the upper left corner of the screen, then a new window will open to the right, in which:

  1. You can fill in the fields ‘DISPLAY NAME:’, ‘EMAIL:’, ‘PHONE:’, ‘ADDRESS:’, ‘SKYPE:’, ‘FACEBOOK:’.

  2. You can also fill in additional fields by clicking the ‘Show additional fields’ link.

In the aditional fields you can fill in:

1.1. ‘FIRST NAME:’, ‘LAST NAME:’, ‘NICKNAME:’.

1.2. ‘Home’ fields that contain: ‘PERSONAL E-MAIL:’, ‘STREET ADDRESS:’, ‘CITY:’, ‘STATE/PROVINCE:’, ‘ZIP CODE:’, ‘COUNTRY/REGION:’, ‘WEB PAGE:’, ‘FAX:’, ‘PHONE’, ‘MOBILE:’.

1.3. ‘Business’ fields that contain: ‘BUSINESS E-MAIL:’, ‘COMPANY:’, ‘DEPARTMENT:’, ‘JOB TITLE:’, ‘OFFICE:’, ‘STREET ADDRESS:’, ‘CITY:’, ‘STATE/PROVINCE:’, ‘ZIP CODE:’, ‘COUNTRY/REGION:’, ‘WEB PAGE:’, ‘FAX:’, ‘PHONE:’.

1.4. ‘Other’ fields that contain: ‘BIRTHDAY:’ in which you can select ‘Month’, ‘Day’, ‘Year’, ‘OTHER E-MAIL:’, ‘NOTES:’.

1.5. ‘PGP Settings’ field where you can ‘Add public PGP key’.

  1. After filling in all the required fields, you can ‘Save’ or ‘Cancel’ the creation of a new contact.

  2. You can also hide additional fields by clicking the ‘Hide additional fields’ link.

  3. After successfully creating a new contact, you will see a window with information about it in the upper right corner, in which:

6.1. You can ‘Send this contact’. 6.2. ‘Email to this contact’. 6.3. ‘Edit contact’. 6.4. ‘Show emails from this contact’ by clicking on the link with the same name.
