How to Set Up an Out-of-Office Reply

  1. Login to your Soverin Dashboard at my.soverin.net.
  2. Navigate to Mail Filters. Under the My mailbox [1] section, select Mail filters [2].
  3. Click on Create filter [3].
  4. Select Add action and choose auto-reply.
  5. Enter your desired auto-reply message [1] and Confirm by clicking Save [2].

Tip: You can adjust the frequency of the auto-reply to ensure the message is resent to the same email address after a certain number of days.
